Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Saskatoon Wash World Truck Wash LP. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our building and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as repairing drywall and painting walls.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the area is kept clean and free of debris.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Use power tools and other equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
