Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Saskatoon Wash World Truck Wash LP. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our building, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as repairing drywall and painting walls.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the facility is kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Window and Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and other equipment as needed to complete tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliability.
