Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Saskatoon Wash World Truck Wash LP. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our building and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the area is kept clean and free of debris.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and other equipment as required to perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
