Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a courteous, attentive, and professional attitude during all interactions with guests, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and storage spaces are impeccably maintained for optimal guest experiences.
- Prepare for shifts with a fully stocked cart, including necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent condition.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, polishing, and restocking guest rooms as required.
- Respect guest belongings and privacy, following established procedures for lost and found items.
- Understand and implement all emergency protocols relevant to hotel operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Work Environment
This role may involve extended hours and/or weekend shifts to accommodate fluctuations in business needs. The position is set in a dynamic environment that demands continuous physical activity and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Candidates should be prepared for periods of independent work and the capacity to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
