Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will work in the Operating Room with a full scope of practice. This is a project-based position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards.
- Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
- Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
- Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
- Active BLS/CPR Certification.
- Perioperative certification.
- Knowledge of operating room practices required.
- Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not available)).
- Relocation assistance.
$60.00-$65.00 per hour. No less than 36 hours per week. 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, evening shift, every weekend, holidays, Monday to Friday, morning shift, night shift, no weekends, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Location:Dawson Creek, BC. Relocation package available.
