Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks, including staff development, expense control, and merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing shrinkage
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
