  • Monitor and manage insurance claims while addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information regarding group and individual insurance plans, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Market and sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft insurance.
Skills and Competencies
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong client focus, organized, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
