We are a leading agricultural company seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Port Hill Farm Inc. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm, handling various tasks related to animal care, farm maintenance, and crop management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Care: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, handle animals, milk goats by hand or using machines, monitor animal health, perform livestock feeding, treat livestock health issues, feed and tend animals, milk cows, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
  • Farm Maintenance: Perform general farm duties, including clearing brush, collecting debris, and maintaining farm equipment.
  • Crop Management: Assist with crop management tasks, such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining crop health.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Dusty, noisy, wet/damp, dairy, poultry and egg production, and all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, room and board provided, willing to relocate.
