About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Spruce Meadow Farms ltd. as a Farm Worker, Vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to maintain quality and quantity.
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a safe and healthy environment for animals and staff.
  • Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their well-being and providing necessary care.
Work Environment

As a Farm Worker, Vegetables, you will work outdoors in a rural area, exposed to various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and dusty environments.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and tasks.
