About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trust Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Wealth Management division, you will play a critical role in promoting our trust products and solutions to the Canadian Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other Regional Trust Advisors to provide comprehensive coverage and support to Personal Canadian Banking across your designated territory.
  • Promote Royal Bank of Canada's trust services to the Personal Canadian Banking segment, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Financial Planners and Investment and Retirement Planning teams to build awareness of our trust products and solutions, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Execute consistent national activities to promote and raise awareness of our trust products and solutions, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Deepen customer loyalty by bringing the full power of Royal Bank of Canada to our clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure all RBC policies are adhered to in your interactions, employing due diligence in all activities and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Partner successfully with internal and external clients, striving to meet and exceed key sales objectives, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • University degree and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial services industry, with general knowledge of estate and trust-related administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, including funnel management, tools, and tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to travel within designated regions, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Planner diploma granted by the IQPF.
  • TEP designation.
  • Previous experience in the Estate and Trust field.
  • Experience within the legal field.
