We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Emperor Concierge Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and performing supervisory duties to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Provide emergency response when required and participate in emergency response planning
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Keep logs and maintain records to track progress and performance
  • Advise senior management on key issues and concerns
