Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our restaurants are always stocked with the necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurants are running efficiently and effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
