Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

At EMPEROR CONCIERGE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Provide emergency response when required, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in emergency response planning, ensuring the team is prepared for any situation.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest and staff safety above all else.
  • Keep logs and maintain records, providing accurate and timely information to senior management.
  • Advise senior management on key issues, providing recommendations for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, conveying information clearly and concisely.
  • Organized, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Leadership, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results.
