Job Description: Strategic Intelligence Lead at Electronic Arts

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling and Semantic Analysis: Develop and execute semantic data frameworks for business intelligence initiatives, work closely with the Data Architecture team to maintain data quality and efficiency, integrate BI products with tailored data through APIs, and enhance technological adaptations for current BI infrastructures.
  • Dashboard Creation and Data Visualization: Craft engaging dashboards utilizing Power BI, effectively relay insights through sophisticated visualization methods, and uphold best practices in data presentation and user experience.
  • UI/UX Design Collaboration: Apply UI/UX design methodologies, partner with stakeholders to collect reporting requirements, and refine designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Business Intelligence Operations: Streamline deployment workflows, ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Technical Guidance and Development: Offer technical support and mentorship, collaborate on access, policy, and compliance matters, establish BI standards, and promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with industry-standard tools like Looker and Tableau
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, deployment workflows, and version control systems
  • Expertise in semantic data modeling, dashboard design, and UI/UX principles
  • Experience with BI operations, DevOps practices, and cloud services such as AWS and GCP
  • Understanding of data warehousing technologies like Snowflake
