POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to become a valued member of our team in a full-time capacity.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Support external contractors during significant repairs of systems and intricate machinery.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform all necessary maintenance tasks.
- Utilize power tools and machine shop equipment (including saws, drills, and welders).
- Maintain machinery and mechanical systems by executing routine preventive and corrective maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
- Identify issues by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for irregularities, and employing precision measuring and testing instruments.
- For complex issues, seek guidance from supervisors or fellow mechanics.
- Dismantle machinery and equipment to replace parts and conduct repairs, followed by reassembly and testing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a 4th Class Power Engineer license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
