Position Overview

The Food Service Supervisor at WENDY'S RESTAURANTS (TJI) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This position involves overseeing staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Train team members on their job responsibilities, including sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
Team Leadership

The supervisor will manage a team of:

  • 5-10 staff members
  • 11-15 staff members
Required Certifications
  • First Aid Certification
  • Food Safety Certification
Transportation and Travel
  • Personal transportation is required.
  • Public transportation options are available.
Work Conditions
