Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Monticchio Restaurant LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
