  • Supporting the tracking and communication of key performance indicators and high-level objectives to ensure the successful execution of our strategic plans across HR and proposing concrete solutions to address gaps.
  • Consolidating information to proactively identify potential HR issues within the organization.
  • Ensuring we have the right governance model that provides guidance, supports decision-making, and fosters an inclusive collaboration environment.
  • Ensuring effective information flow within the HR team, including preparing and facilitating meetings (creating agendas, animating meetings, and planning activities to promote collaboration among team members and strategic planning).
  • Participating in business projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinating and participating in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Working closely with the internal communications team to develop and execute employee communication plans that align with the company's objectives and values.
  • Collaborating with HR team members to contribute to the continuous development of team skills in line with business strategic objectives.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and partnership skills.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to build relationships, understand stakeholder motivations, and adapt messages to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience in prioritizing and leading cross-functional and transformational projects.
  • A keen business sense and experience in a rapidly evolving global organization.
  • Ability to synthesize data, 'connect the dots,' and establish credibility while addressing complex conceptual and strategic topics.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to think critically and recommend solutions.
  • Highly skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders; proven experience in engaging and partnering on strategic issues at the executive level.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance culture, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to be flexible in a rapidly evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Intellectually curious, creative, strategic, and visionary.
  • Agile learner and knowledge of best practices in trends.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Bilingual: English and French.
What We Offer

We offer a tailored experience for our employees and a competitive global compensation package and social benefits designed to attract and retain diverse talent worldwide, reward performance, and support business strategies and priorities. Beyond salary and incentive pay, you will have access to:
