KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and disseminate job postings, manage campus engagement, and cultivate university partnerships.
  • Engage in the recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and application management.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Monitor and support managers during the employee probationary phase.
  • Analyze quarterly performance reviews in collaboration with management.
  • Assist in the assessment of compensation structures and annual bonuses.
  • Prepare various employee-related documentation, including employment confirmations.
  • Draft and manage disciplinary communications.
  • Administer employee benefits and oversee contract renewals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and administrative systems.
  • Revise and update company policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Identify training needs in partnership with managers and oversee training sessions.
  • Document training expenditures to comply with legal training obligations.
  • Support the internal mentorship program.
  • Offer strategic insights and guidance to the management team.
  • Design and implement HR protocols and procedures.
  • Establish HR strategies that define departmental responsibilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, and employee recognition.
  • Lead the Human Resources Department with a focus on team development, efficiency, and deliverable coordination.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in a consulting or service-oriented HR position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quebec Labour Laws.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence.
  • Strong professional ethics and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical and summarization abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
