We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our Civil Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading and managing municipal infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, technologists, and support staff to develop innovative solutions for municipal infrastructure projects.
- Guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff to ensure their growth and development in their careers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and lead proposals to secure new projects and business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in municipal infrastructure project management.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.-
