About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kingston, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the execution and quality review of various municipal transportation projects, including business development and responding to proposal requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward our ambitious plans to enhance our service offering in Ontario through your work with a close-knit team of engineering specialists, professionals, and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure all aspects of projects align, including reviewing project plans and site conditions, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Design infrastructure that supports community growth, such as roads, active transportation facilities, water and wastewater conveyance systems, and public spaces.
  • Support the development and mentorship of young professionals and contribute to the successful delivery of public and private sector projects, impacting communities by enhancing the efficiency and safety of land development and municipal engineering projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent program.
  • Registered as a P.Eng. in Ontario.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and contract administration on municipal roads and/or transit design projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) and Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD) and City of Kingston design guidelines.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
