Job Title: Warehouseperson

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ship orders and receive goods, verifying quantities and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform various tasks to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, including weighing materials and goods, making labels, and wrapping goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse environment with fast-paced and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, efficiency, energetic, hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, and team player.
