Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at T & D INVESTMENTS CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate office procedures, establish routines, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and greet visitors.
  • Documentation: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
