We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in the Sherbrooke region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a people management role
  • Proven track record of business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Mutual Funds accreditation and experience in licensed sales
