Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Harvinder Singh Grewal. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
