About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurlal Singh Sidhu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with medication administration and other healthcare-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Employer's home setting.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Flexibility, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
