Your Role at FCR
  1. Perform a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
  2. Finalize and publish client documents, both in hard copy and electronically.
  3. Assist administrative workers in optimizing procedures and processes.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and directing visitors, and answering phone calls at the front desk.
  5. Follow office workflow procedures to maximize efficiency.
Keys to Your Success
  1. Experience in general office administration is an asset.
  2. Proficiency in navigating computers and software, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism.
  7. Seek feedback from staff and act on it to enhance performance.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent computer skills.
  2. College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.67-$28.20 per hour
