Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist

Leveragetek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to join its team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the maintenance and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on Teams and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for the maintenance and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Solution Design and Deployment: Work with product owners to design and deploy new Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Power Automate, to improve ways of working in the organization.
- Governance and Compliance: Design and implement governance policies, including retention policies, records management, and access reviews, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify knowledge transfer opportunities for 1st and 2nd line support.
- Update Management: Manage updates, releases, deprecation, and patches for Teams and SharePoint.
- Research and Advisory: Research new M365 solutions and advise on their business value and alignment to technical roadmaps.
- Automation and Monitoring: Setup automation alerts to monitor and track changes, usage, and resource consumption for SharePoint and Teams.
- Training and Adoption: Assist with training and adoption of new Microsoft 365 solutions and processes, including delivery and creation of training plans, materials, and documentation.
- Workflow Development: Develop and deploy Teams and SharePoint automation workflows, as well as maintenance of existing workflows.
- Integration and Support: Provide technical and 3rd level support for users on SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365, and manage, configure, and evaluate security and access control for Teams and SharePoint.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with other IS Division teams for new and existing integration points, such as CRM, Biztalk, Service Now, etc.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, support, and maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Experience and expertise with MS Office (Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Planner, SharePoint Online and Workflow, Power Apps, and Automate.
- Education: University degree or college diploma in Software Development, Computer Programming.
