Project Background:
The email migration project aims to modernize collaboration tools to enable, engage, and empower employees. The project involves merging DWAN and cloud-based email/calendars to ensure a uniform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise in Microsoft 365 platform and applications.
- Serve as a key liaison between the project team and clients, facilitating meetings, knowledge transfer, and problem resolution.
- Manage project/initiatives including initiation, planning, scheduling, implementation, and closure activities in accordance with the PMBOK framework.
- Formulate statements of problems and establish procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new, or modified project elements to solve these problems.
- Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems and work with a variety of project management tools.
