S I Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Microsoft 365 email migration project for a public sector client.

Project Background:

The email migration project aims to modernize collaboration tools to enable, engage, and empower employees. This involves merging DWAN and cloud-based email/calendars to ensure a uniform experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and expertise in Microsoft 365 platform and applications.
  2. Serve as a key liaison between the email migration project and clients, facilitating meetings, knowledge transfer, and problem resolution.
  3. Manage project/initiatives, including initiation, planning, scheduling, implementation, and closure activities, in accordance with the PMBOK framework.
  4. Formulate statements of problems and establish procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new, or modified project elements to solve these problems.
  5. Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems and work with a variety of project management tools.
