Food Service Manager

THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Recruit and hire new staff members to join our team.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and use your attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk.
