Food Service Manager

THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting quality control and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 35 hours per week.
