Food Service Manager

THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for operational improvements.
- Establish and maintain a fast-paced work environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
