Key Responsibilities - Sales Coordinator

  • Conducts research and analysis of sales and cost data to facilitate Request for Quotes.
  • Maintains and monitors the Annual Price Reduction data, including efficiency improvements and justifications for price adjustments.
  • Generates monthly and other internal sales performance reports for upper management.
  • Assists in the creation of sales presentations by gathering data, designing presentation formats and materials, and attending customer meetings to enhance understanding of company products and sales tactics.
  • Organizes trade shows and promotional events; travels to participate in marketing exhibits as required.

Qualifications - Sales Coordinator

  • Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel for business within Canada and the United States.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service within the manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
