Bilingual Account Representative

At Johnston Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our Maximum Benefit clients, plan administrators, advisors, and internal business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients and internal partners via phone and email
- Assist with handling various reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support the processing and implementation teams as needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and resolution skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and be comfortable with change
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Proficient using MS Office
- Insurance industry background is an asset
