We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Leader to head our Integrated Business Planning Product Management Organization at SAP SE.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial success for our Supply Chain Planning portfolio, focusing on our market-leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution.
- Develop and execute a product strategy that delights our customers and partners, driving innovation and growth.
- Set priorities and focus to maximize market growth for the solution, conquering competition through unique differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, and customer success, to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
- Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives, providing strategic leadership to the organization.
- Manage an organization by leading a team of Senior Product Managers, engaging customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, understanding and addressing customer problems through product solutions.
Requirements
- Professional with an academic background in Computer Science, Business, or Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in Product Management and/or Engineering leadership roles for state-of-the-art SaaS enterprise software solution providers.
- Strong domain expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and market share.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
