About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Guidance Specialist to join our team at EUTON COLLEGE CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students, as well as developing and implementing guidance and counseling programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Guidance
    • Provide individual and group guidance to students on academic and career-related matters
    • Assist students in setting and achieving academic goals
    • Help students develop study skills and strategies
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement guidance and counseling programs for students
    • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure program effectiveness
    • Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, counseling, psychology)
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of autonomy and independence. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
