Job Title: Student Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Guidance Specialist to join our team at Wunder Int'l Culture and Education College Incorporated. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate their educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise teaching assistants and provide guidance on best practices in student support.
  • Counsel students on educational, career, and vocational issues, as well as personal and social concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Coordinate the provision of counseling and information services to students, parents, and teachers.
  • Refer students to specialized services when needed and participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement guidance and counseling programs, including peer counseling initiatives.
  • Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in an international organization or agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
