Position Overview

Avina Fresh Produce Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Farm Worker. This position involves a variety of tasks essential for the smooth operation of our agricultural activities.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment

The role primarily takes place outdoors, which may include:

  • Handling odorous materials
  • Working in wet or damp environments
  • Operating in cold or refrigerated settings
Work Setting

This position is based in a rural area, providing a unique and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Farm Worker, your duties will include:

  • Operating and maintaining various farm machinery and equipment.
Equipment Proficiency

Familiarity with the following machinery is beneficial:

  • Tractors
  • Farm trucks
  • Loaders
Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be required to ensure a safe working environment.

Transportation Requirements

Having your own transportation is necessary for this role.
