Job Title: Fish Processing Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Fish Processing Labourer at our Canada Inc. facility.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fish processing, including unloading fish and shellfish from fishing vessels, transporting them to the work area, and operating machinery to clean, cut, and package fish products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport them to the work area
  • Operate machinery to clean, cut, and package fish products
  • Perform quality control checks on fish products
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be working in a fish processing plant environment, which may involve exposure to noise, odours, dust, and other hazards.
