Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Help Residence Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environment, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas in a clean and organized state.
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ensure the security of company assets and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures and the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
