Purchasing and Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including tracking and confirming deliveries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collect weekly procurement reports and coordinate any issues identified with suppliers.
  • Analyze purchasing vendor master data in the system and Excel for the first factory procurement master data list.
  • Prepare and summarize weekly reports based on weekly order activities.
  • Verify all Accounts Payable invoices, communicate any issues on the invoices with all suppliers, and record the Accounts Payable invoices in the system.
  • Conduct vendor statement periodic reconciliation with our Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in wholesale procurement.
  • At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience in the wholesale industry.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Sage300 Business Management Software.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
