Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Accounting Specialist to join our team at GOODTIMES BRAND INC. As a key member of our procurement and financial management team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase order process, analyzing vendor data, and preparing weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Order Management: Track and confirm deliveries, resolve issues, and collect weekly purchase reports.
  • Vendor Analysis: Analyze purchasing vendor master data in the system and Excel for the first factory purchase master data list.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and summarize weekly reports based on weekly order activities, verify Accounts Payable invoices, and communicate issues with vendors.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Record Accounts Payable invoices in the system and conduct periodic reconciliation with our Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in wholesale purchasing and 2 years of Accounts Payable experience in the wholesale industry.
  • Skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel and Sage300 Business Management Software, strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
