  • Network Management: Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations along with peripheral devices.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Assess and deploy computer hardware, networking applications, and operating system software.
  • User Support: Deliver problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Routine Operations: Conduct regular network startups and shutdowns while maintaining accurate control records.
  • Data Management: Execute data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement network traffic and security monitoring tools, and enhance server performance.Community Support Initiatives
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Engage in programs that assist newcomers and refugees.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Participate in initiatives that support Indigenous individuals.
