Position Overview

The role of a Computer Network Technician at CIMTECH MFG INC involves the management and maintenance of various network systems.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and associated computer workstations and peripherals.
  • Assess and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Establish and enforce data, software, and hardware security protocols.
  • Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining accurate control records.
  • Execute data backup procedures and disaster recovery operations.
  • Set up local area networks and ensure Internet connectivity.
  • Utilize network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
  • Modify web pages, applets, and scripts as necessary.
Transportation and Travel
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the employer.
Work Conditions

Experience Requirements
