Administrative Services Associate

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Support - Mailroom Machine Clerk to become a vital part of our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate mailroom machinery while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Conduct quality checks during equipment operation to ensure optimal performance
- Configure machines according to established guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to facilitate teamwork
- Assist with additional mailroom tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrative Technician or in a similar role
- 1-3 years of experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of printing technology and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Authorized to work in Canada
