Asset Protection Representative

Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Titre de gardien de sécurité provincial valide
  • Connaissance de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les troubles à la propriété et des pouvoirs d'arrestation
  • Connaissance de base des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou de la plateforme Windows
  • Comportement professionnel, amical et approchable
  • Initiative et intégrité élevés pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
Responsabilités
  • Détecter, détecter et appréhender les vols et les fraudes dans nos magasins
  • Collaborer avec d'autres représentants de l'Asset Protection pour enquêter sur les cas ORC provinciaux ou nationaux
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et enquêter sur les investigations internes; compiler et présenter des preuves pour le but de la cour ou de l'arbitrage
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielles au sein de notre noyau de conformité opérationnelle
  • Construire et maintenir des partenariats de magasin avec les gestionnaires; former et guider les collègues sur les politiques et procédures de l'Asset Protection
  • Participer à des audits de niveau de magasin
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Disponible pour travailler à divers horaires, y compris jours, soirs, nuits et week-ends (40 heures de travail par semaine)
