We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-family residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
  • Perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile replacement
  • Painting, drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
  • Maintain building exterior, including basic grounds maintenance as required
  • Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report deficiencies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a maintenance-related role
  • Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
  • Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets for work-related tasks
  • Availability to work on-call on a rotational basis
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
