About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into unlawful acts, employee misconduct, and other security-related incidents.
  • Recommend Security Measures: Provide expert advice on security systems and protocols to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Verify Age Identification: Ensure that patrons meet the required age criteria for entry into our establishments.
  • Conduct Missing Person Investigations: Utilize your skills and experience to locate missing individuals and reunite them with their families.
  • Enforce Regulations: Maintain order and resolve conflicts by enforcing regulations and protocols in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Prevent Shoplifting and Theft: Implement strategies to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in our retail establishments.
Certifications and Qualifications
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License and be willing to maintain it throughout your employment.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient and effective communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Work Term: Be available to work a permanent schedule, including 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: Fluency in English is required.
