About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into unlawful acts, accidents, or other incidents that occur on our premises.
  • Recommend Security Measures: Provide recommendations to management on security systems and procedures to improve the overall security of our facilities.
  • Verify Age Identification: Check the age identification of patrons to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
  • Conduct Missing Person Investigations: Conduct investigations to locate missing persons on our premises.
  • Enforce Regulations: Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts.
  • Prevent and Detect Shoplifting: Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in our retail establishments.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
  • Training: Willingness to undergo training to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Work Schedule: Work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
